As a prelude to the evening, Keith Glassman Dance and Performance, inspired by the ongoing tradition of US immigration and the hope for a better life, will performed Wash as a site-specific piece in the lobby of the theatre with a multi-cultural cast of dancers, actors, and performance artists. The Colette Harding Contemporary Dance Company links two duets that explore the necessity and futility of human connection in a hectic world with inside and out. The P.G.K. project's, of it's own, is a lonely, moody and contemplative solo. After the fracture, by Bradley Michaud, describes the physical reaction created in the moment after a major life shift a fracture axiom dance's, Blume, is about being a vessel of light and allowing what blooms in our hearts to shine forth as the sun. Drea Louise Sobke dives into love, heartache and forgiveness in the two year itch. In Romp and passage, from Yu Dance Theatre, a quartet of dancers set a question in Romp and answers it in Passage.
