It is up to the establishments to show that they earned that "A" in the window. There shouldn't be any critters in my coffee, hair in my salad or rats fried up in my bucket of chicken. We have to hold these food establishments accountable. We need to make the restaurants and fast food places aware that they're not checking the food or the processes of cooking it. We should all notify Health and Safety organizations when we encounter this problem immediately.
