Mrs. [Clarisa F. Howard] has received numerous awards, proclamations and honors, including the Entrepreneurial Success Award from the United State Small Business Association Region IX, and Outstanding Contractor Team of Year Award from Vandenberg Air Force Base for 2001, 2003, and 2004.
Mrs. Howard has been instrumental in earning a positive reputation as a key subcontractor to several of the largest defense contractors, including Lockheed-Martin and Boeing. In addition to providing information technology expertise to commercial entities, she developed transportation industry services sector, landing contracts with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), numerous state departments of transportation, regional transit and transportation agencies, railroad systems and international rail and transport planning agencies.See the full content of this document
