HBO Sports has celebrated this accomplishment by releasing "The UCLA Dynasty," a documentary that tells the story of how the Bruins became and remained a dominant force in spite of the changing social climate around them.

"We had the hippies, the assassination of Dr. King and the Kennedy brothers, the black power movement, and we also had Lew Alcindor (now Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) at UCLA," Alien said.

"Whenever we see each other, it's great," he said, "If we haven't seen each other, it's great because there is always that bond that we have that we worked and accomplished something as a group. It's a very special type of situation for us all.
